a combined and highly flexible role; operating CCTV and Alarm inputs, managing access control systems,
representing the host organisation to its employees, customers, partners and guests, protecting premises
in silent hours, offering a rapid and effective response to incidents and accidents, first aid, fire safety… the
list is long and growing.

In order to cope, the security contractor must deliver on two levels; it must recruit, retain and
train high calibre security operatives; and it must manage these operatives effectively and consistently.
