

Most hijacks, intercepts or thefts from warehouses are as a result of
inside information,
so we pre-plan up to six routes (with geo-fencing applied to all), and then
make a random decision
on the route to be used only once the driver briefing is complete, all means
of communication removed
from the load vehicle and the convoy rolling from the yard.
Route reconnaissance is also an important aspect of our work - especially
at lights, intersections,
bottlenecks and roundabouts where it’s easier to stage a hijacking.
